Cooked ‘Mourola Machh Chachhari’ !!
Recipe: First wash the fishes…Marinate with turmeric powder + salt & then fry it using mustard oil..Keep aside..Cut parwal, potato, aubergine into small/thin but long pieces..
Then, add Cumin seeds + Bay leaves in hot mustard oil…Add onion paste + tomato pieces…After sometime, add the above vegetables, turmeric powder, salt, green chilly…Cover the lid..When the vegetables are done, add the fried fish…Mix it up properly..Its done..
Have it with Rice…After eating, don’t forget to lick your fingers & say, ‘Aahaa’.
